A little trouble.
So apperently the Lima Police Department does not turn the other cheek at public urination, even for Americans!
Hucking a half empty Pilsen Callao at them when they put the spotlights on probably didn't help... but after a night of Pisco and cerveza malta... judgement might not be the best.
Still feeling the Pisco i think...
Anyway, it cost $38 in bribe, and worked out OK.
A little embarrassing, but what happens in Peru stays in Peru!
