hey biker and running friends -
stumbled on this site for wrist/ankle bracelets that display your ID info and emergency info if, god forbid, you ever got into trouble while working out. i for one don't work out with ID, so i thought i'd pass it along.
at 20 bucks a pop it's a pretty reasonable price to pay as well. hope it helps out!
